Design, fabrication, assembly, and process development all are completed in the state of the art Prosint manufacturing facility in San Jose, CA. Using fully integrated Enterprise Resource Planning systems, we manage the requirements of our customers — such as those in the Fortune 50 — while maintaining the attention to detail that our customers’ specialized solutions demand.

Daniel Hansell, CPA

At Prosint, Mr. Hansell focuses on setting up the required administrative, accounting, quality, and manufacturing procedures required to ensure efficiency and profitability. He brings deep financial, organizational management, and strategic planning expertise to the company, having spent a large portion of his career in manufacturing environments as an operational controller. Mr. Hansell began his career as an audit supervisor at a large national public accounting firm and established his bona fides as a Financial Manager and General Manager for a pharmaceutical contract manufacturer. In that position, Mr. Hansell set up two manufacturing plants and systems in compliance with FDA regulations and instituted quality and cost collection systems. He is an accredited CPA with a B.S. in business administration from Villanova University.

N. Jones

Chief Design Guru

Mr. Jones is a highly esteemed, innovative designer, working as an advisor to Prosint on automation architecture and machine design. He steered Seagate through its transition from manual tools to its first fully automated disk drive assembly line in the 1980s. Later, at Western Digital, he developed a state-of-the-art automated drive assembly line that’s proven itself the fastest, most efficient assembly line of its type in the world. His success at Western Digital led Mr. Jones to transition to work as an independent automation consultant. Over lengthy career, he has also designed automation systems for the fiber optic industry and Tesla Motors. Mr. Jones’ expertise enables a very steep volume ramp, bringing in new ideas and building new vendor relationships.

Todd G. Brehmer

Project/Program Manager

Todd G. Brehmer

Mr. Brehmer manages the build and implementation of laser and automation systems at Prosint. Applying his deep expertize in machine design and mechanical and electrical assembly, he spearheads project management, ensuring timely and cost-effective system delivery. Before joining the firm, Mr. Brehmer worked as an Electro-Mechanical Engineering Manager at Pacific Monolithics, where he developed MMDS wireless TV down converters, managed product lines, and developed several patents. Previously, he was Director of NPI, Pilot Line for MCPA at Spectrian, in which capacity he oversaw the release and transfer of the Pegasus and Osprey products into production, ramping those lines up to $19MM per quarter. Mr. Brehmer began his career at Teledyne MEC as a Production Engineer, working on electronic radar avoidance hardware for military projects. Mr. Brehmer earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado in Boulder.
